- The price is the same for all rooms, without distinction.
- No extra beds.
The house is no smoking throughout.
No candles, burners, etc. in bedrooms.
No children under 12, including babies.
No pets.
- Minimum stay of two nights at weekends and all nights on long weekends coinciding with public holidays.
- To confirm your booking you must make a 20% deposit.
- In case of cancellation with more than 15 days notice, we will hold your deposit for a future visit.
- In case of cancellation with less than 15 days notice, your deposit will be lost. If the room is eventually occupied by another guest we will hold your deposit for a future visit.
